By accessing or using Eris AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.
Eris AI is a Strategic Scientific Intelligence platform for biotech research teams, offering the following capabilities:
Eris AI is currently offered as an invitation-only Service. Accounts are created exclusively by Eris AI following direct contact with your organization; there is no public self-registration. Upon receiving an invitation, you will be asked to set a password to secure your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use Eris AI exclusively for legitimate professional research purposes on behalf of your organization. You may not:
By uploading documents or text to Eris AI, you and your organization retain all intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process such content solely to provide you with the Service's results. We do not store or reuse your documents beyond what is necessary to deliver those results.
Eris AI uses artificial intelligence models to generate its outputs. While we strive for accuracy and rigor, results do not constitute professional, scientific, or regulatory advice. We recommend always verifying information against primary sources and consulting qualified professionals where appropriate, particularly for decisions with regulatory, clinical, or intellectual property implications.
Eris AI is currently in an early access phase. Invited organizations receive access at no cost, without requiring credit card details, for a period agreed upon individually. Pricing for continued access following the early access period will be tailored to each organization based on team size and usage, and agreed upon directly between Eris AI and the organization. We reserve the right to modify the terms of access with at least 30 days' notice to affected organizations.
You may request cancellation of your organization's access at any time by contacting us through the contact form. Cancellation will take effect within a reasonable timeframe. No partial refunds are provided for partial periods, where a paid plan is in effect.
Eris AI, including its design, code, branding, and functionality, is the property of its creators. No license is granted over the Service's intellectual property beyond the right of use described in these Terms.
Eris AI is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will be entirely accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
